Shorter timelines may be accepted depending on availability and may require a rush fee.

Rush orders may be available at the designer’s discretion. Additional rush fees will apply based on the design, materials and requested completion date.

Consultation fees are nonrefundable. If stated at booking, the fee may be credited toward your order when you move forward within the specified period.

Most custom orders require two to four fittings. Complex couture and bridal designs may require additional fittings. Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled fittings promptly.

Please bring inspiration photos, your event date, preferred colors, shoes or undergarments you plan to wear, and a clear idea of your budget. Inspiration images are used as direction; we do not guarantee exact copies of another designer’s work.

Yes. We work with local, national and international clients. Virtual consultations and guided measurement appointments are available. Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and allowing sufficient time for shipping.

Yes. Timmy Ajulo works with celebrity clients, stylists, productions and editorial teams. Pull and wardrobe requests must include the talent’s name, project, event date, fitting requirements, credits, return date and responsible party.

Alterations are available by appointment. Alterations to garments purchased elsewhere are quoted separately after the garment has been inspected.

Minor adjustments may be possible before production begins. Changes made after design approval, fabric purchase or production has started may require additional fees and could affect the completion date.

No. Deposits and payments on custom, bespoke and made-to-order garments are nonrefundable because they cover design work, fabric, materials and production time reserved specifically for your order.
